The Birds of a Feather Project
The Birds of a Feather Project is a cooperative project of geocachers to create unique trackable personal signature items using a common Icon and die thereby reducing the cost. You can pick your colors and custom text. There are about 1,000 birds flying around the world rig
ht now. You to can participate.
Here is how it works:
1. You get to pick your colors. Either from pre-designed templates or design your own.
2. You get to create your own custom text on the back of the coin.
3. The minimum order is 50 coins.
4. Here are the coin statistics
- The coins are 1.75 inches tall
- The thickness is 3.00 mm
- The flock will have a unique Icon
Cost:
First 50 coins $250 plus a $10 set-up fee (For custom Text)
Additional Coins $4.75 each
Shipping & Handling $13.00 (US & Canada) E-mail for other countries.
How to order:
1. Send an e-mail to Sharon@hogwildstuff.org (Please put BIRDS in the subject line) with the following information:
A. Your Name
B. Your geonik.
C. Your phone number
D. Your color choice - see links below
E. Your coin back text
F. The number of coins you want.
2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and then a few days later with art for approval. Once you have approved art, you will receive a google checkout invoice for the cost of the coins. When payment is received, your coins will be ordered. The normal production time is 2-3 weeks.
