Connecticut, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Little Rhody, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland & Delaware, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi,
Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma,
Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia,
Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
